After 13.12.2021 update I can't use the app anymore! I click open, see the first image than the screen remains white and that is all I can do with this app now. I wrote to support but I receive no answer.
Every time I want to make a submission, the app doesn't let me do it. I tap on the button and nothing happens.
the app works when it wants and how it wants. My submissions (added and pending) exist and not. I do not mind to upload products, but I do mind when I've made it and my products doesn't exist. I give 3* because the idea is brilliant and we, consumers, need this app also in EU. You could be inspired by the "older brother", "think dirty". There, everything is simple and explained for everybody, even with grades. Good luck and I hope that this app will work better in the near future...
It doesn't work
Very slow in tailoring to my preferences, constant error messages, loading, loading, etc. Haven't been able to SEARCH yet due to the multiple issues. I just want to browse but still awaiting... an hour gone already. And yes, I've logged out and in. Not a great start with this app.
Honest to god, every update has made it worse. The user experience is horrible, clear categories like "conscious consumer" are gone and there's no way to use the Readymade Lists. Unfortunately cannot recommend.
Every time i scan something the app prompts me to go and make personal alerts. And when i go and try to set alerts for something it doesn't save them. It used to work perfectly but it broke some time ago with an update. I haven't really used the app since because it's just wayyy easier to just read the ingredients on the packaging and google the ones I'm not familiar with, hence making this app useless.
Not sure this app works properly. Or does it take ages to get results on products if you didn't agree to pay subscription???
It's excellent, very useful and easy to use. But, why doesn't it work sometimes?
love idea of the app but it often becomes slow, lagging, and now it seems that more than half of items is gone from my products list
